This pycnogonid, or sea spider, was seen snacking on what may have been a jellyfish during the fourth dive of the 2023 Shakedown + EXPRESS West Coast Exploration expedition at a depth of 2,348 meters (7,703 feet). Despite their common name, sea spiders are actually not "true" spiders.
